Hi, I'm Laene - nice to meet you!

Three facts about me:

1. I'm a redhead. 2. I adore live theatre. 3. I have absolutely no sense of direction!

I moved from Sydney to regional NSW nearly 10 years ago and home is now 100 acres filled with birds and flowers and shared with my beautiful husband. I have always been a writer; from the time I hit kindie I was telling stories and writing poems.

I am a daughter, a sister, a mother and a wife, but mostly I'm just me - singing out loud to all the songs and not caring who hears. I hope that my stories make you smile, make you think and maybe remind you of someone in your life.
